Outcome focused delivery and performance
Yew Consulting are at the forefront of encouraging culture and sport service providers to be outcome focused and to be able to demonstrate how they contribute to local priorities. We have developed and continue to improve outcome based performance management frameworks and tools to support practitioners involved in service delivery who increasingly have to justify why public money should be spent on culture and sport. We are working for government departments, national and regional agencies and local authorities on performance management projects. In particular we focus on supporting organisations demonstrate the outcomes that they are delivering and value for money.
