Developing and managing new initiatives or projects, or integrating successful pilot schemes into the mainstream activities of an organisation, requires careful management and appropriate skills. Getting the planning and implementation stages of a project right will often determine its effectiveness and the extent of success.

Yew Consulting has worked on many different projects and initiatives from development through to implementation. We are able to provide a complete project management role, led by a Prince2 accredited project manager, to help turn new ideas into a realistic and deliverable project. We can also provide an advisory role, supporting and enabling other team members to deliver what is required on time and within budget.
