Facilitated workshops and consultation
Effective research and consultation with communities, key groups and stakeholders informs strategic and service planning processes and ensures that the key issues, needs and opportunities are identified. Facilitated workshops can encourage individuals and organisations to challenge existing ways of service provision, enable changing expectations to be identified and managed and underpin the introduction of innovative ideas.
Consultation also forms part of the performance management process, enabling a view to be taken on what has been achieved and providing information to contribute to continuous improvement of sport and cultural services and opportunities.
Yew Consulting has wide experience of research and consultation.
